My name is Ada Deschanel.
I am a food stylist and author based between Paris and Hong Kong.
After having worked on many projects for food and beverages brands (Nutella, Boursin, Nespresso to name a few), I’ve expended my skills to cooking for events : pilates retreats, private dinner, restaurant popups.
My latest project is Hong Kong à la carte, soon to be published in its English version : a taste of Hong Kong; a book containing 70 recipes and 20 reports about Asia’s world city.
For this book, I photographed the city and co-wrote the recipes and documentaries with photographer and Bing Sutt-cafe owner Davina Chang.
As of today, I am happy to work as a food and prop stylist, as an author (Hong Kong à la carte – ed. Solar; Fait Maison : burrata, mozzarella & ricotta – Ed. Hachette) and as a private cheffe.
